实施例1：2,2-二甲基苯乙酸乙酯的合成 在10L三口烧瓶中，加入2-甲基-2-苯基丙基羧酸（500g，3.1mol）和2.5L二氯甲烷，室温搅拌溶解。随后缓慢加入亚硫酰氯（750g，6.3mol），加毕，将反应体系加热至回流状态，维持反应15小时。反应完成后，冷却至室温，缓慢滴加400mL无水乙醇，滴加完毕后继续搅拌2小时。反应液用10% NaOH溶液调节pH至9-10，通过薄层色谱（TLC）监测反应完成。分出有机层，依次用饱和碳酸氢钠溶液和饱和氯化钠溶液各洗涤两次，无水硫酸钠干燥。减压浓缩除去溶剂，得到无色油状产物2,2-二甲基苯乙酸乙酯560g，收率96%。
