ChEBI: 5-chloro-N4-(cyclopropylmethyl)-2-methyl-N4-propyl-N6-(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl)pyrimidine-4,6-diamine is a dialkylarylamine and a tertiary amino compound.

Biological Activity

Selective, non-peptide corticotropin-releasing factor 1 (CRF 1 ) receptor antagonist (K i = 1.7 nM); has no activity at CRF 2 receptors. Blocks behavioral seizures in vivo .
