Chemical Properties
Piperazine ferulate is a synthetic drug and is mainly used for the treatment of various nephritis, including acute and chronic nephritis. Also it has a relatively good therapeutic effect on the initial stage of uremia. It is worth mentioning that it is not a hormonal drug, so it will not affect the human skeletal system during use, and the toxicity is very low.
Uses
Piperazine ferulate is mainly used for various glomerular diseases with microscopic hematuria and hypercoagulability, such as nephritis, chronic nephritis, early uremia of nephrotic syndrome, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, vasculitis etc. adjuvant therapy.
Preparation
Piperazine ferulate was prepared by reacting ethyl ferulate and isooctyl alcohol in prestence of p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.
