氘代试剂

氘代试剂是专用于核子共振仪分析的试剂,主要为核磁共振波谱仪所需的有机溶剂。一般的氘代试剂都是很容易挥发的,所以还是要密封保存好的。
氘代试剂是源于核物理重水提炼工业的衍生产品。20世纪40年代原子弹的面世,推动海水重水提炼工业快速发展,并逐渐从军工国防用于转为高科技研发应用。越来越多的国家掌握重水提炼工艺,比如美、德、瑞、法、中、日等国家。但高纯氘代衍生品生产工艺主要由德国和美国掌握。
核磁共振仪器需要使用大量氘代试剂,氘代试剂用于避免普通溶剂氢原子干扰,从而准确的分析出有机分子氢元素比例。目前已形成独立核磁学科。
