Uses | Propane is an aerating agent used in combination with chloropenta-
fluoroethane or octafluorocyclobutane as a propellant and aerating
agent for foamed or sprayed foods. | Definition | A gaseous

propane is as a fuel for heating and cooking, since it can be liquefied under pressure,
