Ibudilast (KC-404, AV411, MN166) is a relatively non-selective phosphodiesterase inhibitor with anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective activities.
Ibudilast is used for bronchial asthma and can improve the subjective symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction sequelae, cerebral hemorrhage sequelae and cerebral arteriosclerosis.
