1.主要成分
乙酸芳樟醇(36%~60%),L-芳樟醇(11%~22%),a-蒎烯(5%~9%),莰烯,柠檬烯(33%~42%),水芹烯,a-香柠檬烯,香味醇,松油醇,橙花醛,茉莉酮,香柠檬脑,白柠檬亭,香柠檬亭,香柠檬酚等共300余种组分。
2.制法
由芸香科植物香柠檬的成熟新鲜果皮冷榨而得,得率可达0.48%。
3.质量标准
A.紫外吸收率 :≥0.36
B.含酯量(以乙酸芳樟酯计) :≥36.0%
C.蒸发残渣 :≥6.0%
D.醇中溶解度 :1ml可溶于2ml 90%(体积分数)乙醇中
4.用途
允许使用的食品用香料。
主要用于饮料,硬糖等。
