Steps:

6-(3-Fluorophenyl)pyridazine-3(2H)-one

General procedure: A solution of 3-chloro-6-(3-fluorophenyl)pyridazine (109 mg, 0.52 mmol) in acetic acid (2 mL) was stirred at 120°C for 4 h. After concentration to remove acetic acid, the resulting solid was washed with H2O, and dried to afford 6-(3-fluorophenyl)pyridazine-3(2H)-one (83%)
