Synthesis Example 5; Compound A-5 was synthesized by the method illustrated in Scheme 5.; To 200 ml of acetone were added 6.33 g of compound (5-a) (produced by Tokyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), 10 g of 1-iodooctane (produced by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.) and 2.27 g of NaOH, and the resulting mixture was refluxed for 10 hours under heating under a nitrogen atmosphere. To the resulting solution were added water and hexane. Then, an organic layer was fractionated, washed with water, and then dried with magnesium sulfate. The resulting solution was purified by column chromatography (filler: silica gel, eluent: dichloromethane/hexane) to obtain 4.82 g of compound (5-b).
