10.3 3. Preparation of ethyl 5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridine-2-carboxylate
5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (3.0g, 13.0mmol) was dissolved in EtOH (20mL), concentrated sulfuric acid (1mL) was added, after the reaction , extracted with ethyl acetate, concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was subjected to silica gel column chromatography (petroleum ether: ethyl acetate = 4:1) to obtain the target compound (2.1g, yield: 62.4%)
