Stage #2: with sodium hydroxide at 40; for 4 h;

Add 280.4 g (1 mol) of linoleic acid, 323.8 g (3.5 mol) of epichlorohydrin, and 7.1 g of benzyltriethylammonium chloride to a tetrahedron equipped with a mechanical stirrer with a mechanical seal, a reflux condenser and a thermometer. In the flask, the temperature of the ring-opening esterification reaction was controlled to be 80°C, and the reaction was kept for 1.5 h to obtain 611.3 g of the ring-opening esterification reaction mixture with an acid value of 0.3509 mg KOH/g.
