Reaction Conditions:

Stage #1:trimethylsilan with dihydrogen peroxide in toluene at 20; for 1.5 h;
Stage #2:Phenyltrichlorosilane with triethylamine in toluene for 2 h;

At room temperature, 25 liters of toluene, trimethylsilane (100 mol) was added to a three-reactor equipped with a mechanical stirring device and a constant pressure dropping funnel, then hydrogen peroxide (110 mol) was added dropwise, and the reaction was completed for 01.5 hours. Further, triethylamine (400 mol) and phenyltrichlorosilane (90 mol) were added dropwise, and after reacting for 2 hours, triethylamine hydrochloride was removed by filtration, and the organic phase was concentrated.The corresponding aryl tris(tris(R)-based siloxane) silane is obtained in a yield of greater than 93%.
