Animal Model:Adult Sprague-Dawley rats (male, 200-300 g) with ischemia-injury (IR)[2]
Dosage:4 mg/kg
Administration:S.c. twice daily for 2 days
Result:Could attenuated the tourniquet-induced IRI.
