1. This product is suitable for polyethylene and copolymers of various complex shapes and densities; it is suitable for a wide range of processing tolerances, filled composite materials, etc., and has a high operating temperature, excellent resistance to pressure cracking, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance; it can be grafted onto the polymer backbone to modify polyethylene and other polymers, giving their side chains ester groups as active sites for warm water crosslinking. 2. When used in glass fibers, it can effectively improve the mechanical properties (flexural strength, tensile strength, etc.) of glass fiber products and their adhesion to the matrix (various resins, including thermosetting and thermoplastic resins, etc.). 3. In coatings, it is used for copolymer grafting with acrylic resins. As a crosslinking agent for acrylic coatings, it can improve the weather resistance of acrylic coatings, extend their service life, and increase the crosslinking density, making the coating hardness reach 5H (pencil hardness) or higher. 4. It can effectively improve the water repellency of insulating oils; improve the mechanical properties of polyester concrete, etc. 5. As a post-additive for inks and coatings, it can give inks and coatings excellent film hardness and gloss; improve the adhesion of optical fiber coatings. 6. Methacryloyloxy-containing silicone oils are synthesized through condensation or copolymerization. These silicone oils utilize the reactivity of methacryloyloxy free radicals to copolymerize with styrene, acrylic acid, acrylates, etc., imparting properties such as heat resistance, smoothness, and weather resistance to acrylic resins and polystyrene resins. 7. In the presence of a photosensitizer, they can crosslink and cure under ultraviolet light, becoming one of the main types of organosilicon anti-stick release agents. 8. As a reinforcing agent and crosslinking accelerator, they are widely used in composite materials, coatings, inks, adhesives, and sealing materials. They can also be used as resin modifying additives and enzyme immobilizers. 9. As a crosslinking agent, they can be used in silane crosslinked polyethylene cables and pipes. In the wire and cable industry, this coupling agent is used to treat EPDM systems crosslinked with peroxide filled with clay, improving the consumption factor and specific inductance and capacitance. 10. They can copolymerize with vinyl acetate and acrylic acid or methacrylic acid monomers. These polymers are widely used in coatings, adhesives, and sealants, providing excellent adhesion and durability.
