칼륨 피로인산염 C화학적 특성, 용도, 생산
순도시험
(1) 물불용물 : 이 품목 10g을 「산성피로인산나트륨」순도시험 (1)에 따라 시험할 때, 그 양은 0.2% 이하이어야 한다.
(2) 액성 : 이 품목 1g에 물 100mL를 가하여 녹일 때, 이 액의 pH는 10.0～10.7이다.
(3) 비소 : 이 품목을 비소시험법에 따라 시험할 때, 그 양은 4.0ppm 이하이어야 한다.
(4) 납 : 「메타인산나트륨」의 순도시험 (2)에 따라 시험한다(4.0ppm 이하).
(5) 카드뮴 : 「메타인산나트륨」의 순도시험 (3)에 따라 시험한다(1.0ppm 이하).
(6) 수은 : 이 품목을 수은시험법에 따라 시험할 때, 그 양은 1.0ppm 이하이어야 한다.
(7) 불소화물 : 이 품목 1g을 정밀히 달아 「구연산칼슘」의 순도시험 (8)에 따라 시험한다(10ppm 이하).
확인시험
(1) 이 품목의 분말 0.1g에 물 10mL 및 질산 2～3방울을 가하여 녹이고 질산은시액 1mL를 가하면 백색의 침전이 생긴다.
(2) 이 품목의 분말 1g은 물 20mL에 녹이고 여과한 액은 확인시험법 중 칼륨염의 반응을 나타낸다.
정량법
이 품목 600mg을 정밀히 달아 물 100mL에 녹이고 염산으로 pH 3.8이 되도록 조정한 다음 황산아연용액(황산아연(7수염) 125g을 물에 녹여 1,000mL로 하고 여과한 다음 pH 3.8로 맞춘다) 50mL를 가하고 2분간 방치한 후 pH 3.8이 다시 될 때까지 0.1N 수산화나트륨용액으로 유리된 산을 적정한다. 다만, 수산화나트륨용액을 가한 후 종말점 부근 가까이에서는 침전된 수산화아연이 다시 녹도록 정치시켜야 한다.

Salts, basic, such as POTASSIUM TETRAPYRO PHOSPHATE, are generally soluble in water. The resulting solutions contain moderate concentrations of hydroxide ions and have pH's greater than 7.0. They react as bases to neutralize acids. These neutralizations generate heat, but less or far less than is generated by neutralization of the bases in reactivity group 10 (Bases) and the neutralization of amines. They usually do not react as either oxidizing agents or reducing agents but such behavior is not impossible.건강위험
