[00555] A mixture of intermediate 47.1 (1.00 g, 7.09 mmol), intermediate 53.1 (0.81 g, 8.50 mmol), and K2CO3 (1.96 g, 14.17 mmol) in DMF (10 mL) was stirred at 125 °C for 24 h. Once cooled to r.t. the reaction was poured into EtOAc (40 mL), washed with H2O (40 mL), and brine (40 mL), dried over Na2S04, and concentrated under reduced pressure. After chromatographic purification (CLhCh/MeOH from 99:1 to 96:4, v/v), 1.35 g of intermediate 53.2 were obtained. [00556] Yield: 87%. [00557] MS-ESI(+) m/z: 217.3 (M+H).
