Stage #2: with hydrogenchloride in water; pH=2 - 3;Temperature;Time;Reagent/catalyst;

Steps:

Put 20g (1.0equiv.) m-fluorobenzotrifluoride,Triisopropyl borate (2.1eq) was dissolved in 400mL tetrahydrofuran to obtain a dispersion,Use a dry ice ethanol bath to cool the above dispersion to -70°C,Add 1.9eq LDA dropwise to the dispersion,After the incubation reaction for 1h,Slowly return to room temperature (heating rate is 2°C/min),Heat the system to 30°C in an oil bath, keep it warm and react for 30min,Add 200 mL of water to the system to quench the reaction,After stirring at 250r/min for 30min,Reduce pressure to -0.1MPa and concentrate to remove tetrahydrofuran,Then add concentrated hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 12N to adjust the pH to 2~3, separate out the solid and filter with suction.Obtain 2-fluoro-4-trifluoromethylphenylboronic acid,The purity of the product is 99.6%, and the yield is 86%.
