145.1 Step 1: Preparation of 1,8-naphthalene-2,4-diphenol
Methyl 2-aminopyridine-3-carboxylate (15.00g, 98.59mmol, 1eq) was dissolved in methyl acetate (150mL), 60% sodium hydrogen (9.86g, 246.47mmol, 2.5eq) was added, and the reaction system was stirred at 50 °C for 16h. LC-MS shows that the reaction is completed, the reaction solution is filtered, the filter cake is dissolved in water, the aqueous solution is adjusted with acetic acid pH = 6, there is a solid precipitation, filtering, the filter cake is dried, that is, the target compound (5.70g, yield 35.7%).
