Subsequently, heated to reflux, and reacted for two hours. Subsequently, in order to remove the palladium on carbon catalyst filtration, and the filtrate with ethyl acetate (ethyl acetate, EA), and extracted three times with water, three times and the organic layer was dried and collected by filtration, drained after use roundabout concentrators, and be purified by column chromatography to give compound 3, 95% yield.
