1 Example 1 Preparation of 2-amino-1,3,5-triazine compounds
2-amino-4-dimethylamino-1,3,5-triazine as an example, the preparation method is: A mixture of metformin hydrochloride (1.6616 g, 10.0323 mmol), sodium methoxide (1.6200 g, 29.9868 mmol) (25 mL), and the mixture was allowed to react at room temperature for 4 hours. To the reaction solution was added dropwise methyl formate (1.5011 g,24.9967 mmol) and the reaction was continued at room temperature for 24 hours. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, 10 mL of water was added, filtered and the solid was recrystallized to give the title The title compound was 1.2826 g in 92% yield.
