mandarin, citrus-like odor. It may be prepared as described earlier, see
2-hexenal,. 2-Dodecenal is used in flavors and fragrances to create orangemandarin-

Reported found in orange peel oil, kumquat peel oil, milk (0.0006 ppm), grilled and roasted beef, cured pork,
