용도
Anti-allergic; inhibitor (mediator release).Clinical Use
Pemirolast, with an acidic tetrazole isosteric replacement for a carboxylic acid functionality, is used topically in the eye to prevent itching associated with allergic conjunctivitis. It is an inhibitor of the release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators, including leukotrienes.
