Steps:

General procedure: In a 500 mL round bottom flask, add 9.23 g (50 mmol) cyanuric chloride, 5.40 g (50 mmol) anisole, 6.65 g (50 mmol) aluminum trichloride, and 100 mL 1,2-dichloroethane at 25°C After stirring until completely dissolved, the resulting reaction liquid is added to the reaction liquid storage tank and cooled for use. Adjust the JD-SSIC silicon carbide plate microchannel reactor to 30°C, replace and exhaust the air in the microchannel reactor with nitrogen, and then inject the reaction liquid in the reaction liquid storage tank into the microchannel reactor with a metering pump During the reaction, the flow rate of the reaction solution was 10 mL/min, and the cumulative reaction time was 90 min. After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was first desolvated, and then reconstituted with 100 mL of petroleum ether, filtered to remove insoluble materials. After the filtrate was washed with 50 mL of water, an appropriate amount of anhydrous sodium sulfate was added to remove residual water in the solution. Then filter again, the filtrate is partially desolvated to remove about 80mL of petroleum ether, and then the residue is cooled and recrystallized, filtered, and the solid material is dried to finally obtain 2,4-dichloro-6-(4-methoxy- Phenyl)-1,3,5-triazine, yield 85%, purity 99%.
